I have been a mortgage broker for 10 years. I worked with FAI Home Loans for 12mths, then Harcourts Financial Services for 5 years. During my time at Harcourts, I achieved Mobile Manager of the Year-nationally, twice, and have written over $125MM in loans. During this time, I had seen ways that we could do it better, and in sighting these, myself and fellow partners started up our own Mortgage Broking business in, “Home 2 Home Loans”. This business has now been operating for two and a half years, and been very successful. We believe the client should be the main focus, and in saying that, we will always do what is right for the specific client. We concentrate on doing it right the first time, and if so, the client will always be satisfied.
Our names are Peter and Melissa Nosenzo, we have been married for 10 years and have 3 children. We never thought in our wildest dreams we could or ever would own our own home. We called Michael Wills from 'home 2 home loans', through an agent who recommended him to us. We had no savings, no deposit and were scared of losing this house. David has extensive experience in the finance industry gained from positions held with a variety of lending institutions. His major strengths are an in depth knowledge of housing/development finance and a proven track record in sales and relationship management.

Being self-employed and not having our tax returns up to date we were told by our bank manager we did not qualify for a home loan. This obviously was quite disappointing however a friend suggested we call David Taylor from Home2Home Loans to get a second opinion. David came out to our factory which we really appreciated as we are very busy and he was a delight to deal with. He has a thorough knowledge of home loans and was able to show us several options which would enable us to purchase a home. In the end we selected a regional bank and not only did we use them for the home loan but we also transferred all our business accounts as well. David was very helpful throughout the whole process and we recommend his services highly. In fact we have since referred him to a family friend and we understand David has also arranged her finance!

A property investor since 1994, he has a great interest in all facets of the real estate industry. The affinity with the industry made him obtain his mortgage broking certification from the South Western Sydney Institute of TAFE. He has also undergone several accreditation examinations with all the leading banks and several niche lenders in Australia.
He will be able to source several loan options that most suit the needs of clients.

I became a finance broker after a successful 20 year career in banking with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where I specialised in residential and commercial lending. Based in Crestmead I am a local and have a good working knowledge of the local area and Brisbane in general.
The best part of my job is the satisfaction I gain from helping my client’s achieve their dreams, whether this is their first home purchase, renovations to their existing family home or the acquisition of an investment property. I also enjoys assisting my business clients with their various financing needs including working capital for their business, through to assisting them with the purchase of commercial property in which to operate their business. Peter enjoys working in the Mortgage Industry and assisting his clients in buying their own homes and investment properties. He worked at the CBA for 17 years and then decided to further his career in the in Mortgage Brokering Industry, which he has been doing now for the last 13years. He has a friendly, genuine manner and great communication skills which has enabled him to achieve significant success and recognition. This is evidenced in him being awarded the status of a Platinum broker with the Choice Group, a Diamond Broker with CBA and also a Premium broker with ANZ. In his extensive career he has written and settled well in excess of $350million in residential and investment Loans.
