I have been a mortgage broker for 10 years. I worked with FAI Home Loans for 12mths, then Harcourts Financial Services for 5 years. During my time at Harcourts, I achieved Mobile Manager of the Year-nationally, twice, and have written over $125MM in loans. During this time, I had seen ways that we could do it better, and in sighting these, myself and fellow partners started up our own Mortgage Broking business in, “Home 2 Home Loans”. This business has now been operating for two and a half years, and been very successful. We believe the client should be the main focus, and in saying that, we will always do what is right for the specific client. We concentrate on doing it right the first time, and if so, the client will always be satisfied.
Our names are Peter and Melissa Nosenzo, we have been married for 10 years and have 3 children. We never thought in our wildest dreams we could or ever would own our own home. David has extensive experience in the finance industry gained from positions held with a variety of lending institutions. His major strengths are an in depth knowledge of housing/development finance and a proven track record in sales and relationship management.
He has been a mortgage broker for almost 12 years in the Brisbane area and provides a professional service to all his clients ensuring the home loan process is as “hassle free” as possible.
We immigrated to Australia last year and buying our first home was quite a daunting prospect. In addition both my wife and myself are professional people and we simply did not have the time to research the numerous loans on offer-it truly is a maze out there!

Being self-employed and not having our tax returns up to date we were told by our bank manager we did not qualify for a home loan. This obviously was quite disappointing however a friend suggested we call David Taylor from Home2Home Loans to get a second opinion. David came out to our factory which we really appreciated as we are very busy and he was a delight to deal with. He has a thorough knowledge of home loans and was able to show us several options which would enable us to purchase a home. In the end we selected a regional bank and not only did we use them for the home loan but we also transferred all our business accounts as well. David was very helpful throughout the whole process and we recommend his services highly. In fact we have since referred him to a family friend and we understand David has also arranged her finance!

Steve is a seasoned professional with many years experience in various finance, insurance and senior executive roles, with the past three years spent specialising in mortgage broking. In addition to holding a Diploma in Financial Planning (Fin Serv) Steve also holds Diplomas in Management and Business. Steve is Home2home Loans’ specialist in inner city mortgages, and due to the number of first home buyers in Brisbane CBD, also specialises in helping young and immigrant clients with their first home financing. I would like to commend Matt Cook on his excellent service in helping me finance the purchase of my first home.
